present a comprehensive overview of the new management system. Seminars open to individual participants are offered in various cities. "Tailor made" company seminars are offered in the proximity of the company who purchases them. All seminar prepare to participate in the nine months BUSINESS REFRAMING Management Training and Coaching Program.

"The 21st Century's Art of Management Seminars" provide evidence that BUSINESS REFRAMING works and explain how and why it works. The seminars can be designed for the particular needs of a company. 1. THINKING

If you keep thinking the same way you have always thought,
you'll act the same way you have always acted.
If you keep acting the same way you have always acted,
you'll produce the same things, you have always produced.
Your thinking is your navigation system,
coming out of your true Self.
It lets you arrive "by itSelf" where you're drawing yourself to.


2. POWER

During the 20th century the power belonged to those
who replaced suppression with freedom
and survival with standard of living.
In the 21st century those will become influential
who will replace the cost factor "labor"
with the innovation factor "labor"

and who will ennoble standard of living with quality of life.


3. PERFORMANCE

Balanced human beings are resilient and show high performance.
People with high performance are no martyrs
who sacrify themselves for the company,
nor are they masochists
who suffer themselves in order for the company to be well.


4. PURPOSE

It doesn't matter how much you're earning
through the work you're doing.
The only thing that matters is, who you become
through the work you're doing.


5. INNOVATION

If less than 80% percent of your new projects fail
you're not finding out all that you could find out.
If you're not finding out all that you can find out,
you're not creating and innovating
all that you could create and innovate.


6. RESONANCE

In your position as CEO of a company it's not your job
to plan and control all kinds of actions.
Your only job is to plan and control resonances:
to align the company with the same internal frequency.


7. SUSTAINABILLITY

Exploiting nature has often been a way
for companies to achieve their goals.
Exploiting nature nowadays is the way to selfdestruction.
Human beings are part of nature.
Planet Earth and humans don't belong to nations nor companies
Our nations and our companies belong to Planet Earth.
